Here's a custom of the Grim Reaper - a real labour of love, this one. I've tried to capture the feel of George Perez's interpretation of the character but as always, a flat-bed scanner doesn't show the figure at its best. The mod is based on a Black Panther HC figure with the addition of some spare Constrictor arms, several bit-parts from various GW plastic kits, a pair of home-made head-fins (just what are they for?), plenty of green stuff and several days of my life that I can never get back.
